Who else loves their Spiralizer as much as I do? It makes being paleo and gluten free much easier because it gives us more options for noodles! Zoodles (zucchini noodles) are a popular, healthy substitute for regular noodles.  Have you seen my other zoodle recipes?

They’re very versatile and go well with a lot of different dishes, and this Paleo Beef Stir Fry with Zoodles is no exception! This dish is both healthy and delicious, and all ingredients are Whole30 compliant!

This was easy to make and is full of veggies to make for a tasty, healthy meal.  And as a bonus this meal is Whole 30 approved!  The mushrooms, broccoli, peppers and zucchini blend well together with the sauce and beef, and is tasty. And it’s nice and colorful as well!

I made this paleo beef stir fry with zucchini noodles for my husband and I when I was trying to find a simple, healthy dish to make for us and we both loved it. It was perfect for an easy gluten-free recipe that tastes great!

  • 2 large zucchini spiralized
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb beef sirloin sliced into bite-sized strips
  • 1 cup broccoli chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup button mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Tbsp ginger grated
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • salt & pepper
  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium high heat. Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper on both sides and place into the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until it has lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set to the side.

  2. Add the pepper, mushrooms and broccoli and ginger to the pan and stir for 2 minutes. 

  3. Mix the broth, tomato paste and coconut aminos together in a bowl. Then add it to the pan, along with the zucchini noodles. Saute for 2-3 minutes until the noodles have softened.

  4. Add the beef to the pan and stir for 2 minutes, until everything is well combines and the beef is cooked through to your liking.Serve and enjoy!
