So I adopted a more keto diet about a month ago to help with energy levels and hopefully do some body re-composition, and also because my husband wanted to tr keto. So far it has been good, I have lost some body fat percentage and I like the energy. But if you’re like me, the arrival of fall and winter seasons made me question if I wanted to keep up with it.
