So I adopted a more keto diet about a month ago to help with energy levels and hopefully do some body re-composition, and also because my husband wanted to tr keto.  So far it has been good, I have lost some body fat percentage and I like the energy.  But if you’re like me, the arrival of fall and winter seasons made me question if I wanted to keep up with it.  Being surrounded by pumpkin baked goods, hearty soups, and all of the flavors that come with fall made it more difficult to stick with keto.  I love fall, it’s my favorite, and I especially love the flavors of fall!  So I went on a digital quest to round up some of the best keto recipes that can be enjoyed in the fall…or any time of the year really! All of these recipes are low-carb, grain-free and gluten-free.  Keto doesn’t have to be boring!
