So my newest addiction is an app/website called Fitocracy. It’s basically like a social network for health and fitness.
I like it for a few different reasons. First, it’s a good way to keep track of my workout routines, so I can see what I did last at what weight, etc. Plus, I get points for logging my workouts! You earn points and level up for being healthy and working out! And with me, anything where I can earn points I always want to earn more!
Also, I really love the community. Everyone is very supportive and encouraging, and I get “props” for things I achieve from others all the time. There are also a lot of groups that you can join, and this is where I spend a lot of time. It’s helpful to see others post questions and get tips and tricks and motivation from them.
