Honey, sage and rosemary are combined to make a delicious flavor.  These Honey Sage Pork Chops are first seared to seal in the juices, then baked. This easy recipe is my main go-to pork chop recipe!

Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.  How was your new year’s celebrations?

Ours was low-key, but enjoyable.  We stayed at home and celebrated with the cats.  We had leftover sparklers and champagne from the wedding that we used, and also ate our first grilled meal on our new grill!

This was a gift from my parents for Christmas.  We have been wanting one since we moved into the house a year ago.  I love grilling food and have pretty much been using it every day since we got it.  Expect to see some grilled recipes throughout the year!

Honey Sage Pork Chops

Pork chops are a constant dinner dish in our household.  They are simple, tasty and fairly inexpensive.  I have been using this recipe for a while now, but never thought to post it until now.  Sage just goes really well on pork, don’t you think?  This is our favorite pork chop recipe, and I thought I would share it with all of you lovely people. 🙂
