I always love all things cinnamon this time of the year, and the other day I was really craving a cinnamon roll, but since I was doing keto I couldn’t just eat a normal cinnamon roll.  So I decided to put this milkshake together.  And my craving was definitely satisfied!

Since being on Keto, I was introduced to Steviva Brands products, which are some of the best keto friendly sweeteners I have tried.  For this recipe I used KetoseSweet+ liquid sweetener, which is a blend of allulose, monk fruit and stevia that doesn’t have any bitter aftertaste or cooling effect, and does not impact blood sugar levels. It is easily added to beverages and sauces to add a keto-compliant sweetness. I have absolutely loved using Steviva’s products and the fact that I feel like I am treating myself without sacrificing carbs!

This Keto Cinnamon Roll Collagen Milkshake is an easy, blend-and-eat recipe that takes little time and preparation.  I have been making this for breakfast in the mornings during the week when I am in a hurry.  This was a nice, healthy treat that made me feel like I was having dessert for breakfast.
