Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend! Did you do anything fun? I made my Strawberry Shortbread Cookies and my husband and I ended up eating them all in a span of 24 hours. They’re so yummy! My family in Florida also made them and told me they loved them. I love it when I can make recipes for others to enjoy. Which is why I have this lovely blog!
Anyway, I promised that I would start using my crock-pot more often, because crock-pots are awesome. Especially on the weeknights. It’s great to come home and have dinner already cooked. And I’m a big fan of easy paleo recipes. I have made this slow cooker pork tenderloin with apples and pears a few times for us now. I love pork tenderloin, it’s easy to cook and makes for some great leftovers! This is a great recipe to use if you are meal-prepping for the week. This will probably last us all week.
This is such a simple recipe too. It only takes a few ingredients and a crockpot, and is a very budget-friendly meal. This meal cost me less than $15 to make (I did already have the oil and spices in my pantry), and we will probably get 3-4 meals each out of it.
Apple, pears and sage really go well with pork, and this makes for a juicy, tasty meal with great flavor!
I even made my first video to show you just how simple it is! Here it is:
So, the video might not be the best quality, but it’s my first. I will be posting more of these in the future 🙂
