I found this recipe on pinterest and decided to give it a try. I love chick-peas and like to snack on them all the time, and they are a good source of fiber and protein. You can find the recipe I used here.
I used cayenne pepper and a little chipotle powder and paprika to season mine, and they turned out pretty good. I will probably experiment with other spices, perhaps taco seasoning. But they are a nice alternative to potato chips, or I like to put them in my salad instead of croutons.
This is going to be perfect for our movie nights because I’m so tired of eating popcorn. I’m going to share this to my wife. I’m sure she’s going to like this. Thanks for sharing!
