Simple PAleo Orange-Pepper Glazed Chicken Thighs. Easy, flavorful and delicious!
Paleo Orange-Pepper Glazed Chicken
  • 4 lbs chicken thighs other parts of chicken can be used
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed Orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot starch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash and pat dry the chicken. Brush each side of chicken lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle both sides with a dash of salt and pepper. Place on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan. Roast the chicken thighs for 30 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, whisk together the orange juice, honey, spices and arrowroot powder. Bring the sauce to a bowl on medium-high heat. Reduce heat and whisk until the sauce has thickened.
  3. Once the chicken has baked for 30 minutes, take out of the oven. Coat both sides liberally with the glaze. Place back into the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
