Sweet & Spicy Citrus Chicken Tenders
  • 2.5 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 3/4 Cup Valentina's Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  1. Mix all of the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl. Cut the chicken breasts into tenders, and place them into the marinade. Mix together, making sure all tenders are coated. Cover the bowl, and place in your refrigerator, and let chicken marinate for approximately 4 hours (or at least 1 hour).
  2. When you have finished marinating the chicken, Preheat your oven to 400 degrees farenheit. Line a baking sheet with tin foil, and place the chicken tenders on the baking sheet.
  3. Cook the tenders for 10 minutes, then take the tenders out of the over and turn them over (I also like to pour any remaining sauce over the top of them to add extra flavor). Cook for an additional 10 minutes, then they should be finished!
