This Paleo Sticky Honey Chicken is a perfect, quick meal for busy weeknights. It takes little time to make, and is a delicious soy-free, gluten-free meal!
Into a mixing bowl, add the tapioca starch, salt and pepper. Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and add them into the bowl. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated with the mixture.
Add the honey, coconut aminos, garlic powder and ginger to a bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.
Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until it is lightly browned.
Add the sauce to the pan and lower the heat, and cook that until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through, about 5 more minutes. Remove from heat.
Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds and serve as desired. Enjoy!
