Honey-Sage Pork Chops
thick-cut pork chops
salt & pepper
Pre-heat an oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops evenly with salt, pepper, sage and rosemary.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the pork chops in the skillet for 3 minutes on each side, until each side is lightly browned.
Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish, and drizzle the honey lightly over the tops.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees.
