Place the coconut flakes into a food processor and pulse until it has made a dust. Remove 2 tablespoons of the coconut flakes and set in a bowl.
Place dates and banana in a food processor and pulse until it has made a paste.
Add in the collagen or protein powder and hemp seeds. Blend until everything is combined.
Roll the dough into balls, then roll each ball in the reserved coconut flakes to coat.
Keep refrigerated, and pop one in your mouth after a workout!
