This Beef Stir Fry with Zoodles is a simple gluten-free dish that is both tasty and healthy! Made with real-food ingredients, and Whole 30 compliant!
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium high heat. Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper on both sides and place into the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until it has lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set to the side.
Add the pepper, mushrooms and broccoli and ginger to the pan and stir for 2 minutes.
Mix the broth, tomato paste and coconut aminos together in a bowl. Then add it to the pan, along with the zucchini noodles. Saute for 2-3 minutes until the noodles have softened.
Add the beef to the pan and stir for 2 minutes, until everything is well combines and the beef is cooked through to your liking.Serve and enjoy!
