These Instant Pot BBQ Ribs made with Guy Gone Keto BBQ Sauce is a quick and easy recipe that will give you delicious, keto-friendly, fall-off-the-bone ribs!
Season the ribs by sprinkling salt and pepper on both sides.
Place 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot, and then place the trivet in. Place the ribs on top of the trivet.
Close the lid and make sure the valve is set to Sealing. Press Manual or Pressure Cook and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
When the timer goes off, allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes, then set the valve to Venting.
Line a baking sheet with foil and place the ribs onto the baking sheet. Brush the BBQ Sauce all over the ribs. Set an oven to broil and broil the ribs for 2-3 minutes, until slightly charred.
